Abstract
In the relations between monarchy and nobility, a classic topic of the political medieval historiography, occupies a key chapter the joint between the supreme administration of the royal justice and the seigneurial jurisdictions. In this article the relations are studied between both jurisdictional instances, its contradictions and the attempts for harmonizing them, both in the theory and in the juridical-political practice, during the first half of the 15th century.Downloads
