Interrelation of the Concepts of Border, Use, Local Statute and Custom in Medieval Iberian Law (9th-12th Centuries)
Abstract
The paper analyzes the function of the border and use in spatial and normative configuration that Iberian jurisdictions and privileges developed between 9th and 12th centuries during repopulation process. For it, juridical factors as custom, judgment and writing that are incorporated to the regulation of human presence in nature have been in account.Downloads
