Abstract
An agreement reached in 1478 concerning the rents corresponding to the Chapel of the Reyes Viejos of Toledo on sales at the municipal butcher’s market, according to a privilege granted by Sancho IV. Mention of another probable agreement in 1357. Comments on the political and commercial contexts in which these privileges were granted and historiological thoughts on the “invention of the past”.Downloads
