CENSORSHIP OF RESEARCH ACTIVITY AND THE ETHICAL IMPLICATIONS OF THE SEIZING, MODERATION AND MONET
Abstract
In the digital age, research activity has been affected by certain practices that can limit freedom of expression and the dissemination of scientific knowledge. In this paper, bibliographic review is carried out on censorship in this activity and on the ethical implications of the seizing, moderation and monetization of scientific publications. Likewise, the results of a pilot study with a survey are reflected, prepared to know the perception of teaching and research personnel who carry out their work in the university environment in relation to the issues referred to.
