CHALLENGES ABOUT CYBERCRIME REGULATION IN MEXICO
Abstract
Crimes have been present in various forms in the history of humanity and have adapted as social changes have occurred; But with the technological revolution of the 21st Century, illegal behaviors are emerging that legislators are unable to regulate along with their appearance, as is the case of cybercrimes. This analysis lies in the challenges that the Mexican state has in regulating these crimes, since, if they are not contemplated in the legislation as such, it is not possible to report, investigate or punish them. For the study, comparative methodology and documentary and analytical research are used, which will determine if they are regulated in the Mexican federal entities, if they are reported, investigated, or sanctioned as such.
