Abstract

The use of ICT and especially social networks in everyday life have triggered a revolution in the transmission and creation of knowledge, social software every time you insert more vigorously in our lives, the communication process through technological devices has led to a new fabric of communities, a range of Web applications on mobile devices that invite users to a world that provides, creates and exchanges information continuously (Rock, R & et.al, 2006).

This complex system and network software is a web of 'connected' with a common purpose: To keep the network and exchange valuable information.

In flexible learning systems for universities and higher education teachers should participate to a greater or lesser extent in the three areas described (design and production of new materials management system and distribution of such materials, and communication system). It is not an external agent that may be asked to just play the role of 'creator' of content. In this context, the teacher's experience is of particular significance, the student should see their teacher, and not only provides the data and knowledge-that can be accessible to the student through ICT-, but as a 'facilitator' in which the teacher's experience in a particular area of knowledge is irreplaceable, and that this is not available on any Internet search engine, more powerful than it is.
