Abstract

The use of hidden cameras in the field of journalism for the preparation of reports, called for investigation and have very different content, is a technique extremely detrimental to the fundamental rights to privacy and reputation. In January 2012, the Constitutional Court ruled for the first time on the serious impact that the use of secret recordings for journalistic purposes is in the personality rights.
