Refutación de la inteligencia europea que vendrá (que ojalá que no venga)
Abstract
A proposal to reform the European intelligence services, or create one central service which coordinates them, can´t add a lot of bureaucracy and no results. The intelligence
services aren´t the shield or the excuse of anything policy or politician. In an increasingly globalized bad market, we need no slow elephant to defend us. The kind of intelligence that may help us to fight against our smaller foes is professional (it includes the director of the services), small, fast and fixed by law, because the law, and not the politician, is the lord of every man and woman who works there. As Ciceron said: “We are slave of the law to be
free”.
