Abstract

This article describes some of the main findings from the Third Report on Transparency in the Audiovisual Sector, published in January 2011 at press conference at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. The present research was developed by Banco Santander-UCM Group “Transparency, Good Governance and Communication” (TRABUCOM). It reflects the attitude of 42 agents (TVs, radios, cable operators, film producers, audiovisual boards and public institutions with competence in the audiovisual sector) related to the information transparency, the right to access information and documentation of the public.
