Abstract

The regulatory bodies analysed have been selected for their relationship with the audiovisual sector, namely the Telecommunications Market Commission, the National Competition Commission, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA) and the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society (SETSI). All of them are headquartered in Madrid, except for the Telecommunications Market Commission, which is located in Barcelona. And all of them have their own website, except for the Institute of Cinematography and Visual Arts, which is part of the website of the Ministry of Culture. The five agents have been analysed in previous reports. The only one that has been excluded on this occasion has been the Court of Auditors.
