Crimen Organizado, Información y Protección de Datos Personales
Abstract
This work approaches the complexity of the protection of the personal information in the age of the information, where the flow of information does not know juridical, spatial or technological borders. The difficulty of regulating a global phenomenon as the cross-border transmission of
information, the managing of information in hands of individuals and official agents, is a topic of this analysis.
The perspective of the advances and challenges of the juridical system in the protection matter of personal information leads us to proposing, at the end of this academic exercise, a set of international and national governing actions to give major coverage and efficiency to the existing legislations.
