La protección de los menores en el artículo 7 de la Ley 7/2010 General de la Comunicación Audiovisual. Análisis y discusión crítica
Abstract
This article analyzes the content of the new regulation in Spain about the rights of the children. Explanation about the regulation itself and discussion about successes and disadvantages is included. The main topics are: protection of the intimacy and self-image; audiovisual harmful contents, particularly the prohibition of issuing pornography and violence, the schedule of protection, the
technical measures that make the parental control possible, the promotion of self regulation and the qualifications of contents for ages. The article criticizes some imbalances between the European regulation and the new law in Spain.
