Abstract

Promoting internal communication based on personal and professional development of employees through appropriate emotional salary provides the organization a great value in the competitive world of today. One of the main challenges for companies is to generate the ability to capture the human talent, encourage it, help it grow and loyalty. For companies to be able to awake the commitment of each of their employees they need to know what motivates them, and attend, out of justice, what they should receive from the spiritual or emotional outlook. This research seeks to develop, in general, the contributions of the Right of Communication to internal communication, taking as basis the virtue of justice. Among these contributions, you will find that communication is a key to meet the spiritual needs of the employee and achieve loyalty of employees.
