Emergence of the recognition of a child's right to information in Mexico
Abstract
The right to information is a fundamental right of the individual, and it is also important to
protect the most vulnerable groups. In this article we talk about the emergence of the rights of
children to understand that this child is their conceptualization and position recognized by law
and people. We speak of the history of this right from its very beginning to its current regulation,
and, primarily, of the children,s right to information.
