The right of access to information regarding personal data protection in the light of Spanish doctrine.
Abstract
This article analyses the right of access to personal data as one of the basic elements that individuals have. This allows us to understand and exercise the mechanism to be able to know the personal information that is in the custody of private entities. This is so that the parties involved can have guaranteed more effective protection of personal data in judiciary procedures in the light of Spanish legal literature and resolutions.
