Socio Legal Studies as a transformative element in public and private organisations
Abstract
Socio-legal studies appear in our law, profoundly transforming the principles on which the legitimacy of power is based.
Biases of gender, class, race and religion have left an indelible imprint on post-colonialist states and have led to the establishment of a dogmatic system in which the basic foundations of the parameters of decision-making are questioned. The phenomenon of mundialisation or globalisation has encouraged reflection on the political trends, beliefs and opinions of a constantly changing citizenry. This study aims to highlight the progress that has been made in this area and its influence on the development of organisational responsibility in a twofold way: on the one hand ad intra, the very legitimacy in the exercise of their actions by adopting democratic and plural deliberative processes, and on the other hand, ad extra, by developing formulas of corporate social
