A proposal for the delimitation of the constitutional content of the right to communication in Peru communication in Peru
Abstract
The delimitation of the constitutional content of a human right is a legal work needed to provide the correct protection to the rights. In the world of communication, this is a pending task because the academics have estudied differents forms of communication, but they have not estudied the communication as a basic human right for all people. This research presents precisely a proposal to define adequately the human right to communication.
