a proposal for the formulation of the right to communication
Abstract
In the contemporary world the importance of the communication is recognized; nevertheless, a conflict seems exist between the freedoms related to communication and other person's rights. In the practice, the freedoms of expression, information and press are invoked in a mistaken way to look for protection to some excesses that are clearly antijuridical. In this work, we propose that these names (freedoms) can be raise to the formulation of a human right that allows arrange and articulate the diverse elements that compose the communication.
