Abstract

Artificial Intelligence has developed rapidly in recent years. However, it has suffered from a lack of regulation and establishing its limits has been a difficult job in order to preserve technological innovation and respect the rights and duties of the individual. Society is undergoing many changes in the digital landscape, which is why several jobs are adapting to the new tools offered by Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. This is a primary study on the main measures of the Proposal for a Regulation establishing harmonized rules on Artificial Intelligence by the European Union and how other countries such as the United States address this issue. To understand this, several experiments are presented to observe how it affects society, industry and where we are with regard to Artificial Intelligence.
