Disinformation, freedom of opinion and freedom of expresssion: a iusphilosophical approach in the light of the Report A/HRC/47/25
Abstract
The main aspects of Report A/HRC/47/25 are analyzed, summarized, contrasting its sources and data provided. The complaint of disinformation as a current problem that is damaging social communication and whose scope grows exponentially as digital platforms are incorporated into the usual means of social communication is pointed out as the greatest contribution. After scrutinizing the disinformation phenomenon, in the light of the Report, its current international regulatory context and its relationship with human rights are explored. The summary of the text serves as an approach and state of the matter to later submit the mainly highlighted aspects to a critical assessment from the legal and politico-philosophical perspective.
