Abstract

The article explains and provides precise and detailed instructions on how to cite and reference in scientific work, in order to support the work of the Library of the Universidad de Cienfuegos Carlos Rafael Rodriguez in workshops on Content Management and Information Literacy for the best use and understanding of their products and services by the user community, mainly students and teachers to cooperate with investigating the documentary heritage of the entity. It contains a brief description of the rules, styles and managers of references used to serve this purpose.
