Abstract
This paper analyses the different institutional processes of evaluation of university libraries undertaken in Spain from 1996 to date. It looks at the legal framework, reference models and development of the different schemes, as well as the criteria and methodology employed. The study concludes by identifying the main trends in the last 12 years.Downloads
