Propuesta metodológica para un estudio de usuarios de documentación filosófico-jurídica

Abstract

The text presents a model study of users of a specialized documentation as is the Legal-Philosophical Documentation. There are some traits characterization of the this Documentation extracted from the published literature on Documentation in Humanities and Social Sciences and on Legal Documentation so it has jointly with them. At possess characteristics that make it particularly with regard to these divisions, is offered as an alternative to knowledge through the documentary method using a method of investigation as in the field of studies of information users, presenting a model of working tool used from a sample that has led to contrast his fitness and an understanding of the habits in the search and information management as the information needs of users of the Legal-Philosophical Documentation.
