Planes estratégicos en las bibliotecas universitarias españolas
Abstract
The need to establish strategic plans in all Spanish universities is at present a requirement becoming true all over university organisations in our country. Considering that libraries are a strategic service, since they attend the needs of our three basic customer types: students, teachers and researchers, it is interesting to explore which university libraries have designed their own strategic plan, and which happen to be inserted into their own Universitie’s; in the other hand, we thought interesting to analyze in this article the methodology followed accross the plan design, as well as to know the results obtained from the implementation of those strategic plans.Downloads
