Abstract
An increasingly modernised education has influenced policy making toward the structural, economic and constitutional change that will provide it with its necessary relevance in a global context. This document deals with some issues related with education at a distance: how it influences language, the use of Information and Communication Technologies and specially the case of Internet. Further, it proposes a number of parameters that will serve to structure a virtual classroom and a digital library of aid to on-line educational programs.Downloads
