Abstract
This work includes an analysis of the juridical character of the Information Science Law from the point of view of its constitutional configuration and the right of information. Limits applicable to Information Science Law: right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s image rights are discussed. The scope of infancy, youth protection and the bans that protect both, such as censorship and confiscation and some partial conclusions about the topic are also treated. The concept of the Information Science Professional with his rights and duties is also developed.Downloads
