Abstract

This article examines the evaluation, quality and web resources concepts, analyzing the problems for a objective and rigurous evaluation because of difficulty to define and measure the information quality as well as the lack of evaluation validated instruments. The design of a information retrieval system is proposed to provide access to selected and reliable resources in addition to facilitate the filtering, assessment and searching for information to end-user.
