Preventing collective amnesia: Public access to television archives
Abstract
The documents that preserve the audiovisual archives of television they are important for the researchers and for the academic and educational sector in general, but it isn't habitual that the citizens could accede to them. The situation is analyzed in the matter in Spain, there sign the motives that prevent the access some of these archives, the absence of legal regulation and the possible solutions to achieve this accessibility. It is compared with the situation in some countries of our environment.Downloads
