Abstract
In face of the new context created by EHEA and ECTS, in 2009 was made a survey to be aimed at students and teaching and research staff of the University of the Basque Country. Questions about the University Library services were included to set the knowledge and use of these services. The survey shows the differences detected between both groups of users and between disciplines.Downloads
