Políticas urbanas autoritarias: testimonios y prácticas de memoria colectiva acerca del pasado reciente en conjuntos urbanos de vivienda social en la ciudad de Buenos Aires
Abstract
In this paper we focus on the methods of appropriating the urban space of residents of segregated neighborhoods located south of Buenos Aires as strategies to remember, both individually and collectively, the authoritarian policies implemented in the context of the last military dictatorship (1976-1983). We approach the topic through an analysis of individual testimonies of the inhabitants of urban complexes built by the state and awarded in the period described. Also, we reconstruct the enterprise «Tiles by memory». This initiative is most relevant to our study, for it brings into the public agenda a discourse that re-signifies the events of the recent past in the, while it also links this discourse with the categories of neighbor and neighborhood.Downloads
