Formation professionnelle publique des adultes et régulation: le changement de paradigme
Abstract
Relegated to a second role after the Civil War, the public vocational training system becomes, as early as the late 50’s, a tool in the development policy implemented by the franquist State. It then faces the crises from the mid 70’s and the unemployment increase they trigger off. The emergence of the postfordist production system and the regulation paradigm switch also feature the period. Actually, the observation of these changes offers the chance to dvelve into how the State handles the public vocational training system and into why it regulates the workforce’s training. It is also an opportunity to analyse the characteristics of the postfordist regulation.Downloads
