¿Se puede hablar de calidad de vida en el contexto del Trabajo Social?. May we speak of quality of life in the context of Social Work and Social Services?
Abstract
What’s more, is it possible to postulate involvement from the point of view of integrated quality of the services lent to people in a situation of social exclusion? In order to answer these questions, we must pause to develop several ideas that aid us in reflecting upon them. First, the concept of integrated quality is developed. Next, we address the incidence of integrated quality in the social service environment as a new means of management of the State of Wellbeing. Third, the possible risks of applying the concepts of quality to new methods of management of social services are analyzed and finally, we focus on the concept of exclusion as the optimal space for the intervention, or better yet, as the objective towards which most current policies work. In summary, a theoretical-practical proposal is suggested in which a means of viewing the reality of social exclusion is linked with the objective of quality of service.Downloads
