The Public-Private Relationship within the Framework of the new Social Services Law (2009) in Aragon
Abstract
The Aragon Institute of Social Services, by means of the new Social Services Law passed during the last term in Aragon, implemented a new way of providing for the positions established by the creation of new rights in the benefits listing that the Social Services system will require in the coming years. It seeks to align the preservation of a strong sense of public responsibility with the achievement of participation of any private initiatives, both social and commercial, within the Autonomous Community who desire it. For this, a new logistical organization of the issue has been set up, by means of a framework agreement which provides improvements for all involved in the system: citizens, agencies, enterprises and Administration.Downloads
