Focus and Scope

Cuadernos de Trabajo Social (ISSN 0214-0314, ISSN-e 1988-8295) is a journal that has been published since 1987, with two issues each year since 2012. It responds to a search for scientific knowledge exchange and upholds the ideas of independence of criteria and the critical function, in addition to the unity of scientific and humanist cultures. In addition, it encourages processes that can lead to new theories based on professional practice in the Social Services and it combines strict intellectual works with thinking on how to reform and improve society through social intervention. Its publications cover matters related to social work, social services, politics and social intervention with a multidisciplinary outlook. It is intended for specialists and key figures involved in social intervention.

Interoperability protocols

Cuadernos de Trabajo Social provides an interface OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative – Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) that enables interoperability between different platforms and repositories through the exchange of metadata.
