Abstract

Magic has been the object of special attention in the legal universe of the past from many different perspectives and particularly from the ecclesiastic and the inquisitorial justice. The present work approaches this last aspect with special mention to some illustrative assumptions of the treatment given to these practices during the last stage of the Spanish Santo Oficio.
