Ecos cronísticos del Rey-Juez medieval
Abstract
Through the reading of several medieval chronicles previous to the reign of Alfonso X, we try to demonstrate how in the first medieval centuries, in the theory and actually, the figure of the king-judge prevailed before the one of the king-legislator, that would appear with the process of reception of the Common Law and the extension of the monarch’s list of powers.Downloads
