Abstract
Edition, with a previous commentary, of a manuscript coming from El Escorial Library, and whose author strives in differentiating three classes of jurisdiction: the lower and the mere and mixed empire. According to the publisher, it was written up by a jurist who worked in Catalonia, although the content of his argumentation has to be framed within Common Law schemes.Downloads
