Abstract
The present study intends to display the evolution of one of the aspects of the definitive judicial decisions in the civil process, its formation in the associated organs referred to the Castilian law. The point of departure is our low-medieval legislation, at the moment of its reception of the Common Law solemnis ordo iudiciarius, and after a lengthy examination of the later legislation to arrive until our effective legal dispositions.Downloads
