Abstract

Presentation to the Spanish young historians and romanists, in a first approach, of the academic biography of Guillermo Florís Margadant, a romanist and legal historian as well as a peculiar and outlandish man in many aspects, who with his intellectual and pedagogical work dignified the historical-legal studies in the American continent in the second half of the 20th century.
