Abstract
Because of the project of an European Constitution and its subsequent approval, a significant wave of opinions has been raised to favor or against the inclusion in the introduction of the allusion to the Christian tradition of Europe. This work tries to throw a light on the issue of the Christian contribution to the European legal culture from the perspective of the history of law.Downloads
