Abstract

El Corán es una de las principales fuentes de Derecho en el mundo islámico, junto a los hadices. Este articulo analiza su contenido jurídico, su metodología para comunicar las normas, su diferencia con otros libros religiosos y jurídicos y su lugar dentro de las fuentes jurídicas del Islam.
