La influencia española en la administración de justicia del México independiente
Abstract
The purpose of this work is to establish the strong influence of the Cadix liberal legislation on the Act that fixes the administration of justice in the Courts of the State of Oaxaca, of 12th of March, 1825. This act can be considered as pioneer in the process of the civil and procedural codification under the liberal thought undertook by Mexico through the first years of its independence.Downloads
