Abstract
This is a little summary of what has been the doctoral thesis of the author, in which she reviewed the criminal law applied in Al-Andalus trough the fatwas transmitted by Al-Wansrisi, where it can be noted that Hispanic and Maghrebi Islam followed the malekian doctrines, although not completely nor strictly.Downloads
