The privilege of the Grandees of Spain granted to the Generalitat of Catalonia (March 31, 1706): Study and Edition
Abstract
A study through the privileges granted by the Grandees of Spain by Archduke Charles of Austria to the Generalitat of Catalonia and to the Military Branch of the Principality in 1706 has allowed us to delve into the analysis of the various manifestations that the granting of this grace to secular and ecclesiastical juridical persons occurred within the Spanish Monarchy from the sixteenth century onwards.
