Ecclesiastical law in the republican zone during the civil war (18.07.1936-01.04.1939)
Abstract
All the official “Gacetas” and Bulletins published during the duration of the civil war by the Republic are analyzed. Trying to point out any reference to the norms of Church and State law, to religion, to the Catholic Church, etc. It seems very likely that even despite the formal continuity of the publication, with very few interruptions, not all relevant provisions on the matter have been included in the official publication. Considering what it was publish it can be said that not significant changes in the regulations on these matters occurred.
