“Social justice” in times of Francoism: appeals for review and cassation of the fourth Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Abstract
This work approaches the concept of social justice during the Franco Regime. For this porpoise, the resources presented before the Social Chamber of the Supreme Court are used as a source of analysis, with the intention of verifying whether the legal operators helped to provide content to the aforementioned concept.
