Notes on the sources and composition of the Curia Philipica
Abstract
This work aims to make known how the Curia Philipica was written, on whose cover Juan de Hevia Bolaño appears as the author. But in reality practically nothing original came from his pen, since he limited himself to transcribing or translating the texts of other jurists who preceded him, including the critical apparatus of their works. This research allows us to understand how some works of Castilian legal literature of the Modern Age were composed.
