The ordinances of Monzón de Campos of 1606
Abstract
The town of Monzón de Campos, under the dominion of the Rojas since the mid-14th century, was endowed with ordinances in the year 1606 that would have great importance for the regulation of the most important economic activities, as well as for the social pacification of the neighborhood, and the relationships with their lords. This article analyzes its preparation and approval process, its content and validity, providing a full transcription of them.
