Equality and representation in the Cádiz Cortes: an American look
Abstract
This research delves into the well-known issue of representation in the Parliament, from the American perspective, verifiying the veracity of the arguments given by the American deputies, who, taking base on the Indias’ law, founded petitions that went beyond what had been discussed up to that moment in constitutional law.
