The jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and its role in crimes against religious feelings. Section I (1870-1928)
Abstract
The present article focuses on the analysis of the judgements handed down by the Supreme Court in respect of crimes against religious feelings, especially derision, during the period of the Criminal Code of 1870. With its judgments, the High Court was filling gaps and outlining concepts, thus contributing to complete the law.
